Let Peace prevail and the People live!

By S R Ranjan: Unity for Peace is the only lasting solution for a Safe World — “No one is Safe, until We are all Safe”. In the wake of the ceasefire in Gaza that witnessed one of the worst human crimes of Genocide that killed over 70, 000+ people, mostly innocent children and women, war doesn’t seem to be ceasing across the global landscapes and its threats as regional conflicts, violence, armed tensions, often bypassing humanity and international laws, has made the world order more unstable, fractured, economically volatile and unsustainable with growing human crisis and environmental threats.

"Mankind must put an end to war, or  war will put an end to mankind" --John F. Kennedy

Post-COVID 19 pandemic, nations pledged to “Build Back Better” to a “New Normal”. But what nations are doing now is worse, fighting mindless wars and endless geopolitical conflicts, putting trade barriers, breaking international laws, threatening and killing innocent people, children, women. Mr (s) President, Prime Minister — you were there then, praying for all and life, but could neither do anything nor had power to fight a war against coronavirus that killed over 7,000,000 people?

World is bleeding, must stop the bloodshed! Peace and people are not defined by geopolitics, political boundaries and dynamics, regional polarisation and polarity, but by common human rights. Why people are killed by country-aided, state-sponsored wars and terror, state or non-state actors?

Peace with humanity and nature is being consciously and continuously challenged and broken without any regard for rules of the international laws or the laws of the nature. The failure of world intuitions are failing the international laws and failing the humanity.

Peace has no color, border, parade, price, it transcend nations!

East-to-West and North-to-South, the state of peace around the world among people and within nations is the same and has the true meaning — live and let live. Peace for the people of the US, UK, Israel, Gaza, Palestine, Syria, Sudan, Congo, Ukraine, Russia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, China, Korea is a state of life of freedom, in the absence of wars, violence, hostility, conflicts, hate, fear. 

Nations, world leaders and institution, elected Presidents and Prime Ministers, solely owe to the people and hold the responsibility and accountability to make peace with humanity and nature?
